The invention relates to methods for cultivation and transformation without mutations of phenotipically homogenuous pluripotent stem cells. A basis of invention is a problem with increasing of quality of a nutrient medium by means of promotion the specificity of its growth factors and decreasing cytotoxic action towards cultivated cells. Claimed nutrient medium contains amino acids, vitamines, disinfectants, and balanced buffer salt solutions; additionally other substances can be added: cell division regulator dexamethasone, growth inducers – porcine insulin, chorionic gonadotropin, interleukin IL-1, interleukin IL-2, interleukin IL-3, interleukin IL-4, interleukin IL-5, interleukine IL-6, interleukine IL-11, and disinfectants – amfothericin B and flukonasol. |
