A method for providing safety information by considering the characteristic of vehicles and a system thereof are provided to reduce a cost required for collecting information by servicing traveling safety information based on traffic prediction data obtained from weather information in real-time. Road and weather information is collected(S10,S20). Weather prediction information is obtained by predicting the variation of weather(S30). By analyzing weather information, such as rain, fog, and wind, and the road information, such as road conditions, and road danger information is predicted(S42,S44). Vehicle information of a driver is collected(S50). By analyzing the road danger information and vehicle information, traveling safety information for vehicles is obtained(S62). By analyzing the traveling safety information for the vehicles and driver information, traveling safety information for drivers is obtained(S64). |
