A multi-purpose headset with a neck microphone and a bone conduction speaker is provided to prevent the neck microphone from being affected by external noises by directly sensing sound on the skin. A multi-purpose headset includes a bone conduction speaker unit(100), a neck microphone unit(200), a control module(300), and a biological signal measuring unit(10). The bone conduction speaker unit converts a signal transmitted from an external sound input unit into a vibration signal to directly transmit vibration of bone to auditory nerves. The neck microphone unit converts the vibration signal into an electric sound signal. The control mode controls a sound signal received from a wired/wireless communication channel unit(500) to be output to the bone conduction speaker unit, and the electric sound signal received from a neck microphone signal processing unit(370) to be output to the wired/wireless communication channel unit. The biological signal measuring unit measures a biological signal to be transmitted to the control module. The control module has a biological signal processing unit(310) to amplify the biological signal, remove noise from the signal, and convert the signal into a digital signal.
