The invention relates to the field of ferrous metallurgy, namely to construction of bell-type annealing furnace, in particular for the bobbins of steel strip or wire, with an annealing stand for placing of the annealing metallic material, with the hermetically set protective structure, located in annealing stand by a centrifugal blower which contains impeller and surrounding it guiding device for circulation of protective gas in a protective structure, with heat exchanger for cooling of protective gas, on the inlet through a flowing channel connected to the pressure side of centrifugal blower, and on an output - with the circular intermediate space between the guiding device of and protective structure, and with the by-pass device, which can axially move to the located from a pressure side channel of centrifugal blower for selective connection leading up to the heat exchanger of flowing channel with a centrifugal blower. Protective structure is hermetically set by means of ring flange under which heat exchanger is located, with formation of flowing channel from the circular channel, which goes out from the external circle of guiding device and is concentric relatively to the circular intermediate space, and the by-pass device is made in the form of circular by-pass sliding damper, surrounding from outside the guiding device. The invention provides the optimal cooling of protective gas under the annealing stand without the strong change of its construction. |
