A safety cover with an integrated extendable outlet is provided to enable the integrated extendable outlet, which keeps safely after a use and can be extended by user's intention, to be integrated, thereby simply moving the outlet and completely receiving the outlet. A safety cover comprises a rectangular base(10), an outlet mounting portion(24), a cable winding portion, and a code reel(50). The outlet mounting portion is covered by an inclination(22) upward extended from the base and is opened upward. The cable winding portion stores a cable(32) in the inside between the base and the inclination. The cable winding portion is divided by a partition(24a) from the outlet mounting portion. The code reel is installed in a side of a rotation shaft to wind or release the cable.
