A knitting machine of an automatic knitting machine is provided to reduce the abrasion between a butt and a guide track through the linear contact. A system component(1) relating to a knitting system comprises a body(3) having a butt(18) and protruded outwardly from a narrow side(16) of the body. The butt is slanted to the body. A bending line is extended toward the longitudinal direction or the moving direction of the body. An angle alpha is formed at a virtual surface(E) crossing the body horizontally. When the system component is slantly located at the inside of a guide slot corresponding to the bed, the butt is exactly controlled relating to the movement of a cam and the inclination is corrected by the angle alpha. The butt and the guide track are linearly contacted so that the friction is reduced.
