A midsole structure for Massai walking health footwear having an air bag and a tunnel part with plural support projections is provided to preserve the original form of the sole and the footwear by preventing the support projections from being damaged, and to improve form restoration of the sole and stability of walking. A midsole structure for Massai walking health footwear having an air bag and a tunnel part with plural support projections includes an upper pad and a lower pad made of polyurethane with a hardness of 50-70. The upper pad has a shank with high-elasticity embedded in an upper part and having plural slits formed at the front end and ribs formed on the center in a longitudinal direction, the semi-oval shaped tunnel part, one or plural polyurethane support projection formed on the upper surface of the tunnel part, and the air bag mounted on both sides of the tunnel part. The lower pad covers the tunnel part from the bottom. |
