A data driver converts digital data output from timing controller for a current frame into an analog data voltage to supply it to the pixels, and then supplies the refresh voltage to pixels in accordance with a control of the timing controller. A gate driver supplies scanning pulses for half horizontal periods of current frame to select the pixels to be supplied with a data and refresh voltage among the pixels respectively. An independent claim is included for method of driving organic light emitting diode display (OLED).
