A planetary gear mechanism (2) is engaged in the shaft and driven by external power conducting element (7) e.g. power transmission chain. The mechanism is engaged in a planetary gear unit (30) that drives a frame. The mechanism comprises sprocket wheels (21), and the unit (30) is engaged in an annular inner mechanism (4) that is placed at an external side of the unit (30). The mechanism (4) has sprocket wheel (41).
