PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically remove foreign matter in a fluid adhered to the outer surface of a tip part of a valve seat member. SOLUTION: A valve casing is formed by a main body 1 and a lid 2. An inlet 5, a valve chamber 4, and an outlet 7 are formed in the valve casing. A valve seat member 9 having a discharge passage connecting the valve chamber 4 to the outlet 7 side is disposed on the lid 2. The tip part 13 of the valve seat member 9 is protruded into the valve chamber 4. The valve seat member 9 has a spiral groove 14 on the inner surface of the discharge passage 8, and engagingly locked with a through-hole 3 by a snap ring 15 interposed between the outer circumferential wall and the inner circumferential wall of the through-hole 3. The force of discharge drain flowing down in the discharge passage 8 is converted to a force for rotating the valve seat member 9 by the effect of the spiral groove 14 provided on the valve seat member 9, whereby the valve seat member 9 is rotated around the axis of the discharge passage 8. A cutter 18 is attached to the lid 2 as a cleaning member for scraping the outer surface of a tapered part 17 at the tip part 13 of the valve seat member 9 at the time of rotating the valve seat member 9.
