PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deflection preventive device of a frame material, capable of compactly using a space around a frame material, and capable of improving an aesthetic appearance, by being installable by using a structure of the existing frame material. SOLUTION: This deflection preventive device 1 of the frame material comprises the uniform cross-sectional long dimensional frame material 9 forming a groove part 7 in the longitudinal direction 5 on an outside surface 3, a long dimensional engagement reinforcing member 23 engaged with the groove part 7, a window part 19 formed by expansively opening a part of both end parts of the groove part 7 in the groove width direction 17, a stopper member 27 fitted to the window part 19 and forming a hole part 29 in a central part, and a bolt 37 as a fastening means threadedly connected to the engagement reinforcing member 23 by sandwiching the stopper member 27.
