PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross talk analyzing method for shortening an analysis time, and for suppressing the increase of the power consumption or the increase of a layout area of a circuit. SOLUTION: This cross talk analyzing method includes following steps: a step (a) for assuming that at least one or more crosstalks are caused for one victim wiring, and for calculating occurrence probability of crosstalk for each cross talk; a step (b) for comparing a prescribed threshold with the occurrence probability; and a step (c) for removing the cross talk when the occurrence probability is a predetermined value or less, and for analyzing the cross talk on the basis of the calculation result of the step (a).
