A pressure loader for firing a laminate ceramic substrate and a method of manufacturing a laminated ceramic substrate using the same are provided to acquire a flat substrate by reducing a difference in shrinkage ratio between an inside area and a periphery area of a laminate body. A pressure loader for firing a laminate ceramic substrate includes an external loader(12), an inner loader(13), and a top loader(14). The external loader is loaded in a periphery area(11b) on a top surface of a ceramic laminate body(11) and presses the periphery area. The inner loader is loaded in an inner area(11a) on the top surface of the laminate body except for the periphery area and presses the inner area. A portion in the external loader corresponding to the inner area of the ceramic laminate body is penetrated. The inner loader has a block shape in which the inner loader is inserted into the penetrated area of the external loader. A top surface of the external loader is positioned higher than a top surface of the inner loader at the time of loading the external loader onto the periphery area of the ceramic laminate body.
