A method for a road guide service using a buddy list or a mobile address book, and a terminal and a road guide service server for the same are provided to remove the necessity for detail description for a meeting place and use the integrated buddy list, thereby being used in all devices, conveniently using a navigation function, and providing stability of driving. From a user terminal, a first road guide request including a portable phone number of a specific subscriber registered in a buddy list or portable phone address book is received(S301). If inquiry for the portable phone number included in the first road guide request is allowed, a current location of the specific subscriber is inquired based on the portable phone number and the inquired current location is informed to the user terminal(S303,S317). From the user terminal receiving the current location, a second road guide request for the current location is received(S319). After that, road guide data corresponding to the second road guide request is provided(S321). |
