PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting fine particle comprising an amino resin having a functional group reacting by heat and a triazine skeleton, and having 0.5-100μm average particle diameter; to provide a thermosetting fine particle having effects for improvement of sticking tendency and pencil hardness of a coated film when used with a thermosetting resin binder or a thermosetting monomer; and to provide a thermosetting fine particle composition reducing the volatilization volume of formaldehyde which becomes the cause of environmental load without damaging the heat resistance and weather resistance. SOLUTION: The thermosetting fine particle comprises the amino resin having a functional group of structural formula (1) (wherein, R<SB>1</SB>is a hydrogen atom or a 1-6C alkyl group) and the triazine skeleton, and has 0.5-100μm average particle diameter.
