PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out applications to effectively use wool produced in a mass and provide an agent having a function of a cell activation agent effective for the hair growth/hair restoration and producible at a low cost. SOLUTION: The cell activation agent includes a polypeptide derived from wool and composed of at least one kind of component selected from wool-originated protein, polypeptide, lower peptide and amino acid or a derivative of the component.
