PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control device capable of keeping the quality of second fluid as an object of temperature control. SOLUTION: Beverage piping 30 is composed of a heat exchange pipe conduit 31 disposed inside of an outer pipe 33 for allowing the cooling water for heat exchange to pass therethrough, and a fluid pipe conduit 32 disposed inside of the outer pipe 33 for allowing drinking water as an object of temperature control to pass therethrough, and the temperature of the drinking water inside of the fluid pipe conduit 32 is controlled by allowing the cooling water to pass through the heat exchange pipe conduit 31.
