A system and a method of commercial transaction by using DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) are provided to enable a user to watch a shopping channel of the DMB without regional limitation, and to purchase goods easily by using a DMB terminal device. A shopping mall management server(100) manages subscriber information of a shopping mall, provides the shopping information through the DMB, and delivers goods to a customer if a goods purchase order is offered from the customer. One or more than one DMB terminal devices(500) output the shopping information, and demand the goods purchase order to the shopping mall management server.
