<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-life apparatus for eliminating impurities without reducing the reaction efficiency of a catalyst by rotating an element without using a driving mechanism and effectively removing reaction products. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for eliminating impurities has a casing 10 provided with a suction opening 12 introducing a gas G containing impurities and a discharge opening 13 discharging the gas G from which impurities have been removed, a hollow cylindrical element 20 rotatably supported in the casing 10 and removing impurities by being contacted with the impurities in the gas G, and blade members 30 installed on the inner peripheral surface and/or the outer peripheral surface of the element 20 for rotating the element 20 by the flow of the gas G. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
