A pulsation absorption device (30) is provided in a refrigerant circuit (10) of a refrigeration device (1). In the pulsation absorption device (30), a piston (32) is received in a cylinder member (31), and a cylinder chamber is partitioned into a pressure buffer chamber (33) and a back pressure chamber (34). The pressure buffer chamber (33) is connected via a first connection pipe (35) to second high-pressure refrigerant piping (12) on the inlet side of an expander (22). The back pressure chamber (34) is connected via a second connection pipe (36) and a capillary tube (37) to first high-pressure refrigerant piping (11) on the outlet side of a compressor (20).
