PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve manufactutre, cleaning performance and assembling efficiency of a motor vehicle washing system brush. SOLUTION: This cleaning band structure for making a motor vehicle washing system brush includes: an elongated flat plate body coupled to a central support assembly of a rotary brush and made of comparatively hard or rigid flexible material; and a flexible element, which can be coupled to the free end of the flat plate body and is at least comparatively flexible.
