PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a technical intervention for altering the probability of making game balls pass through the specified region by adjusting the shooting time of the game balls. SOLUTION: When the game balls flow into an internal space 41 from an inflow port 41 of a distributor 4, the game balls are attracted onto an electromagnet 23 provided on the outer peripheral part of a rotor 22 of a rotary ball storage device 21. The game balls flowing in are sensed with an inflow ball sensor. Upon the sensing of the game balls, the inflow port 41 is closed with a variation device 44 while the inputting of a signal from a shot ball sensor is validated after a prescribed time passes. Upon the inputting of a signal validated from the shot ball sensor, the electromagnet 23 is turned off to make the game balls drop onto an accessory 47. The game balls dropping flow into the specified region hole 49 or an ordinary area hole 48 of the wheel 47.
