a blue LED (1) irradiating light in a normal direction of the surface (20a) of a superconductive wire (20); a red LED (2) irradiating light in the direction at a certain angle with respect to the normal direction of the surface (20a) of the superconductive wire (20); a color line sensor (3) for receiving a reflected light (B1) from the superconductive wire (20) and receiving a scattered light (C2) from the superconductive wire (20); and a computer (5) for accumulating the light quantity received by the color line sensor (3). This enables highly-sensitive inspection of a defect of a superconductive wire.
