PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of performing display by different languages without exchanging the memory element of character data. SOLUTION: Character image data for which characters depending on a language are imaged among image data are rewritably stored, general image data other than the character image data among the image data are stored, other language character image data for which the characters of a language different from the one of the character image data are imaged are fetched, the stored character image data are rewritten to the other language character image data by the fetched character image data, and the general image data and the stored character image data are combined to generate game images.
