PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-enclosed seismic isolator to be able to prevent a bubble from occurring owing to that the pressure at a main liquid chamber side turns negative, and prevent an abnormal noise from occurring in the bubble disappearing against the vibration input of large amplitude in the low frequency. SOLUTION: The liquid enclosed vibration isolator 10 connects an interval between a first and second mounting members 11, 21 with a main body rubber elastomer 31, and forms a liquid chamber 37 filled with a liquid between a diaphragm 36 mounted to the second mounting member 21 and the rubber elastomer. The liquid chamber 37 is partitioned into a main liquid chamber 38 at the main body rubber elastomer 31 side by a partition member 41 and an equilibrium liquid chamber 39 at the diaphragm member 36 side. The partition member 41 contains a moving plate 55 in a lower recessed portion 47 between a lower plate 42 and a center plate 51 of the upper plate 45. A communication groove 62 recessed from the surface and extending from the outer periphery to the position opposite to communication holes 44a, 44b is provided in the surface of the main liquid chamber 38 side of the moving plate 55.
