PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch a speech communication path without altering the constitution of an existent communication network. SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal comprises a user information storage unit 303 which stores user information wherein a terminal identifier for identifying a communication terminal and a user identifier for identifying a user of the communication terminal are made to correspond to each other; an identifier storage section 302 which stores a first terminal identifier for identifying an opposite communication terminal at the start of speech communication with the opposite communication terminal; a terminal identifier decision unit 304 which decides whether the first and second terminal identifiers are made to correspond to the same user identifier based upon the user information when a call signal including the second terminal identifier different from the first terminal identifier is received during speech communication with the opposite communication terminal; and a speech communication control unit 305 which performs switching to speech communication with the communication terminal that the second terminal identifier indicates when the first and second terminal identifiers are made to correspond to the same user identifier.
