PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional key ring attached to a key or the like is often lost, as it can hardly be noticed without any automatically-sounding bell, or as it is often hard to be found, especially when it is attached to a small key, due to its smallness. SOLUTION: This key ring is equipped with a receiver and this cellular phone is equipped with a transmitter. In case the key ring is lost, the cellular phone can transmits a signal to the key ring.
