The invention provides means and methods for inducing and/or enhancing im munogenic reproducibility and/or immunogenicity of a compound, comprising at least in part restricting the conformation of said compound. The conformati on is preferably restricted by the formation of at least one internal bond w ithin said compound. Protein mimics comprising an amino acid sequence bound to a scaffold and/or a carrier, wherein said amino acid sequence comprises a t least one internal SS-bridge, are also herewith provided.
