<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance recognition performance of a monitor object existing in a monitor object video image by an operator. <P>SOLUTION: A video image composition device 103 generates a monitor object video image presented to an operator based on video images picked up by means of a right camera 101 and a left camera 102, and a video image production device 105 produces a prime video image for enhancing recognition performance of a monitor object included in the monitor object video image produced from the video image composition device 103 by the operator.
