<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secure device which can take out the latest ciphered data stored in a ciphered data area to an external terminal while the ciphering data can be deciphered, in an IC card function stopped state. <P>SOLUTION: The secure device 10 which can extract the ciphered data managed by an IC card function part to the external terminal, is provided with: a nonvolatile memory 13 having a ciphered data area storing the ciphered data; a key area management means 112 which secures a key storage area for embedding a ciphering key for generating the ciphered data in the ciphered data area; a key storing position calculation means 113 which sets the position (address) of the key storage area to be the value of the key obtained by exchange of a key with the server; a key storing means 114 which moves the ciphering key from the IC card function part to the key storage area; and a secure data extraction part 121 which transmits the ciphered data embedded to the ciphering key to the external terminal after processing stopping of the IC card function. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
