PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method and molding apparatus of a foamed resin molded product which can inhibit poor foaming and poor appearance resulting from the fall of foaming pressure. SOLUTION: The molding method of a foamed resin molded product is characterized by that a foamed resin made of a plastic containing a blowing agent into is poured in the cavity of a pair of molds consisting of a fixed mold and a sliding mold, thereafter the sliding mold is moved in the direction of mold opening and the volume of the cavity is enlarged, and thereby the foaming molding of the foamed resin is promoted, wherein the foamed resin is poured into the cavity, thereafter the sliding form is moved in the direction of the mold opening by the first mold moving speed V1 after the prescribed time T1, and thereafter the sliding mold is moved in the direction of the mold opening by the second mold moving speed V2 smaller than the first mold moving speed.
