PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinylidene fluoride resin composition, excellent in heat stability and especially excellent in the resistance to discoloring in the low melting temperature range of 175-210°C. SOLUTION: The vinylidene fluoride-based resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of vinylidene fluoride polymer having not less than 55% of stable terminal groups and 0.01-0.1 pt.wt. of at least one compound selected from hydroxides and oxides of magnesium and zinc.
