A ball transfer is provided to intercept a gap between a cover and a rolling ball by forming an O-ring in an O-ring groove. A ball transfer includes a ball cup(110), a rolling ball(120), a cover(140), and a plurality of bearing balls(130), and O-rings(150). The rolling ball is put in the ball cup. A taper hole(141) is formed at the cover to prevent a separation of the ball cup from the ball cup. The plurality of bearing balls are provided between the ball cup and the cup, and enclose a lower circumference of the rolling ball. The O-rings are installed at the cover and intercepts a gap with the rolling ball. An O-ring groove is formed along an inner periphery of the taper hole of the cover. The O-ring engages with the O-rings to be closely adhered to an outer periphery of the rolling ball. The O-rings are formed at intervals from 0.5 mm to 1 mm from an upper edge of the taper hole.
