A wall-mounted air conditioner is provided to decorate an interior of a room since a lift type movable guide unit exposes a cover panel serving as a decorative element to the outside when not in operation. A wall-mounted air conditioner comprises a body(100) and a movable guide unit(130). The body is formed at an upper portion thereof with an air intake port(103). The body has an exhaust duct which is open downward. The movable guide unit is positioned in the exhaust duct provided in the body when the movable guide unit is not in operation. In operation, the movable guide unit is moved down to guide air such that the air is exhausted toward a front lower portion of the body. A lifter(150) is fixed in the body and is connected to the movable guide unit to move the movable guide unit up and down.
