<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide an optical pickup device outputting a light detecting waveform which is hardly affected by an external noise and faithfully responds to a recording light emitting waveform even for a recording laser beam modulated to high speed. <P>SOLUTION: In a pattern sequence of input/output signals of an optical pickup, a differential output signal of a light quantity detecting element outputting an electrical signal according to a light beam receiving quantity emitted from a light source, is arranged adjacently to a power source voltage and a reference potential. By means of employing this pattern sequence, the power source voltage and the reference potential exerts a shield effect, consequently the optical pickup device outputting the light detecting waveform can be inexpensively provided, the light detecting waveform being hardly affected by the external noise and faithfully responding to the recording light emitting waveform. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
