<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas purifier employing an adsorbent suitable for adsorption removal of organic silicon type impurities from a hydrocarbon type raw gas. <P>SOLUTION: The gas purifier 10 is used to purify a raw gas 1 containing sulfur type impurities 1a, organic silicon type impurities 1b and moisture 1c and has an adsorption column 11 provided with adsorbents 12 and 13 adsorbing impurities 1a and 1b, respectively, and an adsorption column 21 provided with an adsorbent 24 adsorbing moisture 1c. The adsorbent 12 is silicalite, the adsorbent 13 is one of SBA-1, SBA-3, SBA-7 and SBA-15, and the adsorbent 24 is silica gel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
