PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an excellent image without causing faulty transfer around a rising part on the surface of an image forming article and other evils even when obtaining the image forming article having the rising part on its surface, which is good in design and the feel of touch, as the output object of an image forming apparatus by an electrophotographic process. SOLUTION: The transfer sheet on which a toner image formed on an image carrier is transferred and fixed, whereby the image is formed, contains heat foaming material in the shape of a predetermined pattern in advance, and produces the rising part in the predetermined pattern by heating and pressuring processing after forming the image. The transfer sheet comprises a plurality of layers, and contains the heat foaming material in the shape of the predetermined pattern between the layers in advance. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
