PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe connection structure for preventing the entry of organic solvent into pipe members without reducing sealing performance. SOLUTION: An elastically deformable annular seal member 15 for sealing a space between two pipe members 11, 12 with air tightness consists of a first seal part 16 in an annular shape including one edge portion 15a out of a pair of edge portions 15a, 15b opposing each other in the cross direction and having chloride resistance, and a second seal part 17 in an annular shape including the other edge portion 15b and having organic solvent resistance. The seal member 15 is arranged between both pipe members 11, 12 so that the second seal part 17 is located on the side of an end face 13a of a connection portion 13 between the first seal part 16 and one pipe member 11.
