PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work scaffold and article storage shelf capable of improving storage efficiency by a simple and inexpensive configuration and applicable regardless of types. SOLUTION: This work scaffold structures 20 are provided in the article storage shelf 1 having a pair of storage parts 2 sandwiching a predetermined space and arranged opposing to each other, and are provided with paired rails 21 provided in the opposing sides of the pair of storage parts 2, respectively and horizontally extended in parallel while sandwiching the space, a plurality of scaffold members 22 capable of traveling on the rails 21 and storage parts 30 arranged in the vicinity of outside of opening ends 26 of the space and storing the plurality of scaffold members 22.
