<p>Disclosed is a preform which comprises a functional filler blended into a resin comprising a poly(L-lactic acid) and which has an opening treated by heating. Also disclosed is a hollow molded article formed by the blow-molding of the preform. The preform is improved in the degree of crystallinity at the opening and has good heat resistance. Therefore, the preform is suitable for practical use.</p>
