A power hand tool is provided to decrease maximum output torsion force of the power hand tool to prevent an impact device from destroying torsion force setting effect by positioning an adjusting member to a second location. A power hand tool comprises a housing(10), an electric motor(20), a transmission set(40), a torsion control device(50), and an impact device(60). The electric motor in the housing includes a first output shaft(21). The transmission set includes a sun gear(41), a planetary gear bracket, a planetary gear set. The planetary gear set includes a second output shaft. The torsion control device includes an inner ring gear(51), a housing tray(52), an adjusting member(53), a plurality of springs(54), a plurality of steel balls(55), a plurality of rods(56). The inner ring gear is interlocked with the planetary gear set, including a plurality of protrusions. The housing tray includes a tray and a cylindrical column. The tray includes first and second sections, and a plurality of holes. The cylindrical column is protruded from the second section and provided with a male thread around the outer surface. The holes of the tray bore the first and second sections. The adjusting member includes an adjusting ring. The adjusting ring is threaded to be coupled to the male thread of the column. The adjusting member is reciprocated from the first location to the second location by the rotation of the adjusting ring. The rods are located in the bores, supported by the springs, and press the adjusting member.
