PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency sensor device provided with an antenna the radiation pattern of which is easily controlled. SOLUTION: The high frequency sensor device includes: a transmission section for generating a transmission wave; the antenna for emitting the transmission wave and receiving at least either of a reflected wave resulting from the transmission wave reflected in an object and a wave transmitted through the object as a receiving wave; and a receiving section for detecting the receiving wave. The antenna includes: a feeding element having a patch electrode; and a first parasitic element having a patch electrode, and it is characterized in that: the feeding element and the first parasitic element are arranged side by side in a direction nearly perpendicular to the exciting direction of the antenna; the first parasitic element has a transmission line including a part extended in parallel with the exciting direction; and the first parasitic element is arranged while being deviated in the direction of the transmission line from the feeding element.
