The device comprises a controlled switch (C-E1) determining a current entering at the input side and fed to an inductance (L-1), from which an output current is discharged. The current entering at the output of the other inductance (L-2) is supplied to the other controlled switch (L-2) determining the current discharge at the input side. Two flywheel diodes (D-1,D-2) are assigned to two inductances. A controller for the pulse-width-modulation of the switches is provided, which has the difference of the partial voltages of supply voltage.
