A laser apparatus having the same beam exit position is provided to prevent the reduction of wavelength conversion efficiency due to the wavelength conversion of incident light or the change of temperature by using a wavelength conversion unit with an adjustable angle. A laser apparatus(100) having the same beam exit position includes a wavelength conversion unit(110), a distributing unit(130), an exit position adjusting unit(120), and a controlling unit(140). The wavelength conversion unit has a first optical element(111) which converts the wavelength of an incident laser beam to the preset wavelength, and has a first angle adjusting device(112) which adjusts the angle of the first optical element. The distributing unit distributes the laser beam outputted from the wavelength conversion unit. The exit position adjusting unit has a second optical element(121) which has the predetermined thickness and refractive index, and has a second angle adjusting device(122) which adjusts the angle of the second optical element and the exit position of the laser beam from the wavelength conversion unit. The controlling unit monitors some of the laser beams outputted from the distributing unit, and complementarily controls the first and second angle adjusting devices to maximize the light converting efficiency of the laser beam. |
