The invention provides for a table type imaging apparatus comprising a window 4 located on an upper surface of a housing, an imaging screen 7, reflector 6 and a projector 5 installed in the housing 3. The imaging screen 7 and the reflector 6 are arranged facing each other at opposite ends of the housing 3. The projector 5 may include LED or lased diode light sources. The imaging screen 7 may be an LCD or plasma screen. Also disclosed is an imaging table comprising a transparent window located on the upper surface of a housing, at least two projectors installed in left and right positions such two viewers located at left and right sides of the table are able to view images. The images provided may be three-dimensional (3D) images produced by polarised filters used on projectors such that differently polarised images corresponding to left-eye and right-eye images are provided to a viewer wearing suitable polarised glasses to form a stereoscopic image. |
