<p>A cutter (22) has predetermined numbers of openings with differing widths as seen in peripheral direction. Each opening of cutter includes a blade cooperating in a cutting action with blade of tubular outer shaft (12), when cutter rotates within outer shaft. The openings are isolated from each other via webs. The outer shaft has a window (18) including the blade in a predetermined area of distal end (14). The outer shaft receives a tubular inner shaft (28) which is rotatable in a longitudinal axis (24).</p> |
