MANUFACTURING METHOD OF BUSBAR

A method for manufacturing a busbar is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and to reduce entire weight of the busbar by coating a plate with a copper or copper-tungsten mixed power by using cold spray coating method. A method for manufacturing a busbar comprises the steps: preparing a busbar forming plate(120) with a base metal which is in aluminum 1000~6000 series; mixing a pre-heated copper or copper-tungsten mixed powder in a mixing chamber, and spraying the mixture to a surface of the plate by using a nozzle; and heat-treating the coated plate. The size of the copper or the copper-tungsten mixed power particle is 5~200mum. The shape of the copper or the copper-tungsten mixed power particle is almost like a sphere.
