A laser displacement measuring apparatus is provided to improve reliability of displacement measuring even when an object is made of materials having different reflectivity. A laser displacement measuring apparatus comprises a light emitting module performing linearization of laser and a light receiving module including a CMOS sensor(30) which performs imaging of the laser emitted from the light emitting module and reflected to an object(26). The light emitting module includes a laser source, a convex lens, and a cylindrical lens. The light receiving module further includes an imaging lens and a CMOS sensor board.
