An apparatus for reducing shimmy of a steering wheel for a vehicle is provided to reduce vibration transferred to a steering system when driving the vehicle at a high speed by absorbing proper vibration of a suspension. A shimmy reducing apparatus comprises as follows. A tie rod(100), in which one end of the tie rod(100) is coupled to a rack bar(200) and the other end of the tie rod(100) is coupled to a knuckle(600). A coupling section makes contact with a lower surface of the tie rod. A vibration section extends from one side of the coupling section. A weight body is installed at a lower part of the vibration section so that the vibration section vibrates according to vibration generated from a suspension system. The vibration section has a natural frequency identical to a natural frequency generated when the suspension vibrates.
