A method for compensating an indoor temperature is provided to remove an inner air temperature sensor to prevent distorted data of an inner temperature from being detected, reduce erroneous operation of an automatic temperature system, and reduce constituents obstructing concentration of a driver. If a car starts, an external air temperature detected by an external temperature sensor(11) is set at an inner air temperature. The set inner air temperature is compared with a temperature set by a user. A compensation amount is added to the inner air temperature until two data become identical. If the car stops, the inner air temperature is compared with the external air temperature. If the two data are not identical, a compensation amount is added to the inner air temperature continuously. If time does not exceed fixed time set in a controller, an air conditioning system(20) is driven repeatedly until time exceeds fixed time. If the two data are identical, the air conditioning system is terminated.
